Konferenzzentrum in Moskau

The Embassy of France in Moscow is located centrally on Bolshaya Yakimanka Street, near October Square in the historic Yakimanka district. Throughout a chequered history characterized by upheavals and short-term solutions, this old mansion house has frequently had to face the challenge of adapting to changing circumstances and new functions. Here an unused cinema in the basement has been transformed into a multi-purpose function room equipped with state-of-the-art technology. During a crisis it could even be deployed as a control centre for an emergency task force.
